Returns & Exchanges

We take great care in inspecting and packaging all items. However, if you receive a defective item (damaged, stained, etc.), wrong item, or incorrect quantity, we will offer a replacement or refund at our expense.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Our customer support team will reply within 3 business days (excluding holidays). During campaign periods, response time may be slightly delayed.

Please note:

  • Defective items are limited to damages occurred during delivery.
  • Damage after use is not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns for Customer Reasons

Returns and refunds for customer reasons are accepted.

You must submit a return request within 14 days after delivery. Requests after 14 days will not be accepted.

For customer-initiated returns:

  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility
  • If returned using cash-on-delivery, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund
  • If multiple items are ordered, only the returned item will be refunded

Customer reasons include:

  • Wrong size
  • Order mistake
  • Change of mind
  • Color/expectation difference

Exchange Policy

We generally do not accept exchanges for customer reasons.
If you need a different size or item, please return the item and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery
  • Used or worn items
  • Items with perfume, smoke, or other odors
  • Washed, cleaned, or altered items
  • Items without tags or original packaging
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Underwear or items in direct contact with skin (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damage caused by customer use
  • Returns without prior contact

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not accepted.

If payment is overdue or the package is refused/unclaimed, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellations without notice may result in future order restrictions.


Refund Method

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

Credit Card Payments

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your credit card company, refunds may appear in the next billing cycle.

Other Payment Methods

For payments made via bank transfer or convenience store:

  • Refunds will be issued via PayPal or Store Gift Card
  • Cash refunds are not available

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

Transaction fees may be deducted for customer-initiated returns.

When returning items:

  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your shipping receipt

We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking proof.


Important Notes

We do not accept returns in the following situations:

  • Package lost during return shipping
  • Damage caused during return shipping
  • Missing accessories or packaging
  • Unauthorized returns without contacting us first

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
